In the factory of our customer in Ethiopia, a fried snack production line has just been successfully installed and debugged by our after-sales engineers. This production line can produce a variety of snacks such as Bugles, Doritos/Tortilla chips, crispy rice, and 3D snacks. What is produced in the video is a new type of fried snack that is very popular now - vegetable rolls. As the name suggests, this snack looks like rolled vegetables that are fried and seasoned to make them crispy and delicious and the main raw material is flour. The production line capacity is approximately 260kg/h. 

The equipment of this production line includes a flour mixer, a food extruder, a screw conveyor, two elevators, a continuous frying machine, a double drum seasoning machine and a cooling conveyor.
