This is a nutritional powder production line that our after-sales engineer has just installed and debugged in the customer's factory. This production line can produce nutritional powder for infants and the elderly, with an output of 150-200kg/h, which is a small production line. The output of our large-scale nutritional powder production line can reach 500-700kg/h. If multiple food extruders are configured, the output can be multiplied. This production line can also produce leisure puffed snacks, artificial rice, pet food, degradable foam packaging pellets, etc.

This production line includes a powder mixing machine (used to process raw materials), a screw conveyor (used to convey the processed raw materials to the extruder), a food extruder (extruded, puffed, and ripening raw materials ), 2 elevators (conveying solid materials), an electric oven (baking the puffed material pellets), a cooling conveyor (further removing moisture from the puffed material pellets), and a pulverizer (crushed the puffed material pellets into powder), and a packaging machine (to pack the nutritional powder into different packages according to the needs).
