This is a food factory in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, which is using our puffed snack food equipment to produce crispy rice. 

The production equipment used in the factory is a food production line equipped with 2 sets of TSE70 food extruders and an automatic feeding system. Other machines include multi-functional cutting machines, conveyors (horizontal conveyors and elevators), continuous fryers, deoil machine, 4-head octagonal barrel seasoning machine, and a simple packaging equipment (simplified and cheaper than the packaging machine, but with limited functions, it can only assist in packaging, without automatic weighing and packaging functions). The output of this production line is 500-600kg/h. Since a place for a food extruder is reserved, if you want to increase the output, you can add another extruder. Then the output of the whole production line can reach 800-900kg/h. This production line can produce many kinds of leisure snacks, such as Bugle snacks, Doritos, tortillas, Chinese dough twists, potato strips, rice crusts, and many new foods developed by our company.
