* Regularly check whether the fixing bolts of each connecting flange, distribution box, reduction box, and thrust box are loose, and tighten them if necessary.

* The lubricating oil of the reducer should be replaced every six months. After two months of use of new equipment, the distribution box should be cleaned and the lubricating oil should be replaced. After that, once every six months. After the oil change, start the machine and listen to the bearings in the distribution box whether there are abnormal sounds.

* Check whether the oil pump is working normally, whether there is any air leakage, and whether there is any obstruction

* The motor belt should be checked frequently, if it is loose, please adjust it at any time, if it is damaged, please replace it in time.

* The tightness of the transmission V-belt should be checked once a month;

* Regularly check the working condition of the rotary cutting blade, if it is worn, please replace it in time, so as not to affect the product forming quality.

* Check the electrical wiring of the equipment once a week, and all wiring must not be loose or dusty; check the insulation once every six months

  Resistance (not greater than 0.5Ω) and grounding resistance (not greater than 4Ω).

* After 20 days of operation, check the wear of the thrust bearing in the distribution box. If the bearing wear gap is too large, please replace it in time.

* After running for half a year, check the screw and barrel. If the wear is excessive, replace the first two sections of screw and barrel.

* If the machine is not turned on for a long time, please oil the die body, screw and other parts to prevent rust.
