Production Line Introduction:
This production line is suitable for producing sinking, slowly sinking and floating fish feed, ornamental fish feed, fishing bait and pet food such as dog food and cat food. The floating fish feed has a long floating time and is not easy to disperse, and the floating time is about 20 hours. By adjusting the process parameters such as raw materials, temperature, and moisture, the product has the characteristics of novel shape, unique taste, rich nutrition, and delicateness, which is suitable for the taste of different fish（Such as catfish, grass carp, crucian carp, tilapia, ornamental fish, soft-shelled turtle, bullfrog and other aquarium feed pellets.
Production Line Flow Chart:
Raw material mixing（mixer)→extrusion and granulation (feed extruder)→drying(dryer)→seasoning(flavoring machine)→cooling(cooling machine)→packaging(packing machine) (flexible equipment configuration)
