Single-screw Food Extruder Introduction:

As the name suggests, the single-screw food extruder is composed of a screw and a barrel to form an extrusion system and is mainly used for the production of food.

The single-screw extruder is composed of a feeding system, an extrusion system, a rotary cutting system, a heating system, a transmission system, a cooling system and a control system. The barrel adopts heating and water-cooling two-way temperature control, and the screw adopts a central water-cooling temperature control system, which has good temperature stability and high product quality. It is suitable for the production of various 3D and 2D snacks, artificial rice, macaroni, dog chews and other human and pet food.
