Two days ago, the corn flakes production equipment ordered by a Madagascar customer was delivered to the customer's factory in Madagascar after the production was completed. The customer ordered this corn flakes production line in February this year, which is mainly used to produce breakfast cereals such as corn/rice/oat flakes and froot loops.

The entire production line was completed in March and arrived at the customer's factory in early April, and then our after-sales engineers arrived at the customer's factory to install the production line. After several days of installation and debugging, the production line has reached normal production conditions. The output of this production line is about 300kg/h, including sugar spraying and flavoring equipment and packaging machines. The production line can be flexibly arranged according to the customer's factory, which can save a lot of space.

In addition to producing breakfast cereals flakes,  this production line can also produce snack foods such as corn sticks, corn balls. The corn flakes production line can widely use corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour and other grain raw materials. After ripening and extruding and puffing by food extruders, plus baking in low-temperature and high-temperature ovens, and seasoning with seasoning equipment such as sugar spraying, The produced cornflakes and other products are nutritious, crispy and delicious. Finally, it reaches the packaging machine, and is packaged into finished products of various specifications to enter the market for consumers to purchase.
