The world is becoming increasingly aware of the damage plastic straws cause to the environment. Plastic straws contribute heavily to pollution, and their single-use nature means they are discarded after a single use, leading to significant environmental harm. As a result, various initiatives have begun to develop alternatives to the traditional plastic straw. For this sake, our company developed the edible rice drinking straw production equipment in 2017, and the innovation are welcomed by lots of enterprisers that want to make contribution to the environment.
The equipment use natural grian flour or cassava flour as the main material to make drinking straws. So the straws are not only biodegradable but also can be eaten directly. These straws can be used as straws for various hot and cold drinks such as milk tea, juice, etc. The diameter of the straw ranges from 1-15mm, and the length can be set at will according to customer needs. Therefore, it can be produced as small as the small straw attached to the boxed milk products and beverages, and as large as the big straw for drinking milk tea or eight-treasure porridge. The straws produced by our equipment can persist for 2-3 hours in hot drinks and can last for more than 12 hours in cold drinks.
This production line also can produce edible knives, forks, spoons, ice cream sticks, etc., and pasta and some snacks.
