Our cold-pressed baked pet food production line uses a cold-pressed biscuit demoulding process. The raw materials are pressed at an ultra-low temperature and low pressure of about 45°C, and then slowly baked and dehydrated in a low-temperature oven of no more than 90°C, and then sterilized and packaged. The production line is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation, which reduces labor while improving the stability and reliability of production. The pet food produced by this production line has the characteristics of high fresh meat content, better retention of the original nutrition and flavor of the ingredients, non-greasy, and good taste. Pet food of different shapes can be produced according to market demand, with exquisite texture and clear shapes.
