Our company recently launched a new machine model - TD extruder. This is a two-color extrusion food extruder. Ordinary twin-screw extruders can not manufacture dual-color food. If you want to get two-color puffed food, you can only mix two kinds of single-color products that have been produced in advance or two twin-screw extruders can produce food with different colors at the same time then mix them.

Our new extruder has successfully solved the above-mentioned problems. It can not only produce two-color puffed snacks such as corn sticks/fingers, cheese balls, two-color 3D snacks/Doritos/Bugle chips,two-color crispy rice crust and other fried snacks, but also can produce two-color dog food, cat food and other pet food. And the output is more than 2 times that of the ordinary twin-screw extruder of the same specification.
