This batch of fortified rice equipment includes a food grinder (used to crush broken rice or other grain particles), a flour mixer (a machine used to mix raw materials), and a screw conveyor (transporting the mixed raw materials from the flour mixer to extruder), rice extruder (three TSE70 small-capacity rice extruders, which are the core equipment of the entire production line, and are machines that shape the mixed raw materials into rice granules), vibrating screens (sieve the newly produced rice to prevent sticking into lumps), air conveyor (conveying the rice granules produced from the extruder to the dryer), dryer (drying the rice granules to a specific moisture content), cooling conveyor(cools down the rice kernels that come out from the dryer and further reduces the moisture content of the rice). 

These machines together form a production line of artificially fortified rice with a medium output of around 500kg/h. In fact, the artificial rice production line with an output of 500kg/h can also be equipped with one TSE75 rice extruder to replace three TSE70 rice extruders. These two configurations have their own advantages and should be configured according to customer needs and actual conditions.
