Configuration and Introduction of Dog Chew Production Line:
1. Powder Mixer: Add a certain proportion of water to the raw materials and mix them well.
2. Screw conveyor: The motor is used as the driving force for screw conveying, and the mixed raw materials are conveyed to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.
3. Single-screw extruder: The high-temperature and high-pressure environment produced by screw and barrel extrusion destroys the original structure of the material to reach a molten state. As the temperature and pressure decrease, the molten state material is recombined into a new one. Organize and shape into the desired shape through the mold mouth. (If you want to make sandwich bites, you need two extruders).
4. Cooling and conveying: Cooling and transferring the product, cooling the product rapidly.
5. Cutting machine: Cut the dog chews into different sizes according to requirements.
6. Elevator: Transport materials from low to high.
7. Oven: Dry the material, reduce the moisture of the products, promote the ripening rate, and increase the shelf life.
