Configuration and Introduction of Nutrition Powder Production Line:

1. Mixer: Fully mix the raw materials evenly according to a certain proportion(if the raw material are grain pellets, there will be configured a grinder to grinding them into powder).

2. Screw Conveyor: The motor is used as the driving force for screw conveying, and the mixed raw materials are conveyed to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

3. Twin-screw food extruder: Extruding and puffing the raw material to modify its character.

4.  Elevator: The puffed food pellets are transported from the extruder to the oven.

5. Oven: Dry the food pellets.

6. Milling System: Grinding the food pellets into powder.

7. Packing Machine: Paking the nutrition powder into different bags or cans.
