Jinan Shengrun Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional food machinery manufacturer with nearly 20 years of R&D and production experience. The earliest soy sauce biscuit production line of our company was entrusted by a customer and developed according to the customer's needs. After many improvements in the later period, while improving product quality, the processing procedure was continuously optimized to reduce power loss and waste of raw materials.
The production line has the characteristics of multiple models, flexible configuration, wide range of raw materials, various types of products, and simple operation. Using whole grains as raw materials, choosing a suitable configuration can not only produce soy sauce biscuits, but also puffed rice crackers and corn sticks, cheeseballs, core filling snacks and other products. The equipment is complete from raw material preparation, extrusion and puffing, forming, cutting, screening, drying, seasoning to finished product at one time, with a high degree of automation.
Process Flow of Soy Sauce Biscuit Prodution:
Raw material preparation→extrusion→shaping and cutting→sieving→roasting→seasoning→(packaging)
Production Line Configuration and Introdution:
Mixer→Screw Conveyor→Food Extruder→Multifunctional Cutting Machine→Separating Cylinder→Multi-layer Oven→Hoister→Automatic Multi-head Octagonal Barrel Seasoning Line→Hoister(optional)→Packing Machine(optional)
1. Mixer: Stir and mix the raw materials. Different capacity of mixers can be selected according to different capacity production lines.
2. Screw conveyor: The motor is used as the power for spiral conveying, the feeding is convenient and fast, and there is no dust.
3. Food extruder: Extrude,and mature the raw materials, and select different capacity of extruders according to the output of the production line.
4. Multifunctional cutting machine: it can shape and cut the blank into various shapes.
5. Hoist: transport the blanks that are cut into biscuit shapes and leftovers to the separation cylinder.
6. Separation cylinder: to separate the leftover material produced during shaping and cutting from the blank through rotation.
7. Hoist: transport the soy sauce biscuits to the oven, and the height of the hoist is determined according to the oven.
8. Multi-layer dryer: The dryer is mostly an electric oven, the temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The outside is stainless steel plates, and the inside is stainless steel chain plate belts (or stainless steel mesh belts)(or Teflon belts). The speed of the dryer belts can control the baking time, and different models of ovens can be selected according to the output of the production line.
9. Hoist：Send the baked soy sauce bisscuits to the octagonal barrel seasoning line.
10. Fully automatic multi-headed octagonal barrel seasoning line: season the dried snacks, and the whole process is fully automatic without manual operation.
Output:
According to different configurations of the production line, the output range is 100kg/h--1200kg/h
