Production Line Introduction:

The puffed snack food production line adopts the current advanced twin-screw extrusion technology, and uses wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, etc. to produce various puffed snack foods that are popular in the market, such as corn sticks/fengers, cheese balls, core filling snacks, amimal shaped snacks. The production line is complete from raw material preparation, extrusion, core filling, forming, cutting, spraying, seasoning to finished products at one time, with a high degree of automation. The production line has the characteristics of many optional models, flexible equipment configuration, wide range of raw materials, many types of products, and simple operation.

Configuration and Introduction of Puffed Snack Production Line:


1. Mixer: Fully mix the raw materials evenly according to a certain proportion.

2. Screw Conveyor: The motor is used as the driving force for screw conveying, and the mixed raw materials are conveyed to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

3. Twin-screw food extruder: The high pressure and high temperature generated by the screw and barrel extrusion and the heating ring change the properties of the material and ripen and expand the material, while killing harmful bacteria. Then mold the material into various food shapes through the mold.

4. Core Filling Machine: Inject chocolate, jam and other fillings into the sandwich food.

5. Multifunctional Shaping Machine: Shape the snacks into the desired shape.

6. Elevator: The semi-finished snacks are transported from the multi-functional shaping machine to the oven.

7. Oven: Bake the snacks to make them crispy.

8. Flavoring Machine: season the snacks.
