Production Line Introduction:
This production line uses flour as the main raw material, which is extruded by a food extruder, and after frying and seasoning processes, it can produce fried snack foods with various shapes and tastes, such as rice crispy, French fries, Bugles, doritos chips, Chinese dough twist and other products. The extruded products can be directly fried without drying. The production process is simple and the equipment investment is small. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized food enterprises. In addition, if choose the new TD snack extruder, it can also produce double-color or multi-color snacks.
Production Line Flow Chart:
Raw Material Mixing→Extrusion→Shaping and Cutting→Frying→Deoiling→Seasoning→Packaging (equipment configuration is flexible)
