Production Line Introduction:
The production line uses corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, etc. as the main raw materials. The treated raw material are extruded by a twin-screw food extruder, and then rolled or punched into various shapes such as triangles, circles, hexagons, and cartoons, and then fried ( or baking), seasoning, can produce a variety of shapes and tastes, such as "Doritos" crisp chip snacks. The food produced is crispy, fragrant and delicious, and will not get greasy after eating for a long time.
The production line has reasonable design, advanced production technology, high degree of automation, stable performance and flexible configuration, which can realize extrusion, curing, composite molding, frying, seasoning and packaging in one. This equipment can also produce various 2D and 3D fried snacks such as Bugles, pizza rolls, rice crusts, small fish-shaped snacks, duckling-shaped snacks, gourd/peanut/pagoda shaped snacks, etc.
Production Flow:
Raw material processing→extrusion and puffing→shaping and cutting→frying→deoiling→seasoning→packaging
